Download/Upload Section of the CSR Signature Document for Suppliers of the Electronics Industry

使用方法：

1.請輸入公司統一編號及驗證碼後點選確認按鈕即可進入[ 電子行業供應商企業社會責任簽署文件下載功能 ]。

2.下載按鈕右方會以閃爍字體「」字樣提示各訂購廠商下載最新版本，倘廠商已下載最新版本，提示字樣即自動消失。

3.下載後各訂購廠商應將簽署文件(配公司大小章)後，盡速優先於『檔案上傳及確認』欄位直接上傳(檢附檔案後，點選確認送出按鈕；倘點選確認送出按鈕後，又有更新需求時，則請以紙本方式寄送採購部更新)或紙本回傳予採購部，俾維護貴我雙方權益。紙本收件人：李芬蘭小姐(電話：02-2712-2211#5161)，傳真號碼：02-27178579，E-MAIL：finland@fpg.com.tw 。

Instruction：

1.Please enter the tax ID number of your company and the verification code, and then click confirm to visit the "Download Section of the CSR Signature Document for Suppliers of the Electronics Industry"。

2.A blinking word "" will be shown on the right side of the download button to indicate suppliers to download the latest version. The word will automatically disappear if suppliers have already downloaded the latest version.

3.After downloading, each supplier should sign the document (with a corporate seal) and upload it directly to the "File Upload and Confirm" section as soon as possible as a matter of priority (after attaching the file, click Confirm and Send; if there is a need for updates after clicking Confirm and Send, please mail a paper copy to the Procurement Department for updates), or mail a paper copy to the Procurement Department in order to safeguard the rights and interests of both parties.
